Cottage cheese and greens fritters

Made these as finger food for my baby but they’re absolutely delicious - i’d happily eat them myself. If making for grown ups, i’d recommend adding a little salt.

Light and Fluffy Fritters With Edamame and Camembert Cheese Light and Fluffy Fritters With Edamame and Camembert Cheese
I was chosen to be a Meiji Hokkaido Tokachi Camembert cooking tester, so I thought up an appetizer that would be perfect for Father's Day.We usually eat Camembert just as-is, but I learned that it can be used in many recipes, so my repertoire has grown.I used a packaged Camembert that was cut into 6 portions, so I used 2 of the portions, each divided into 4 pieces for 8 fritters. If even a bit of the cheese is sticking out when you form the fritters, it will leak out, so make sure that the cheese is completely covered. Chunky Fish Sausage and Vegetable Kakiage Fritters Chunky Fish Sausage and Vegetable Kakiage Fritters
These fish-sausage morsels are very colorful. They are fluffy when cooked, and I want them to have plenty of flavor on their own (without any dipping sauce and so on) so they are well seasoned too. When you drop the fritters in the oil in Step 3, form them so that each piece is fairly small and round. They will turn into cute round morsels. These are delicious as is, but you can eat them with ketchup or tempura dipping sauce if you like . For 2-4 servings. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -
Easy Turkish Cooking! Zucchini & Cheese Fritters Easy Turkish Cooking! Zucchini & Cheese Fritters
I made an easy recipe for kabak mücveri. You can replace the shredded cheese with feta cheese for a more authentic Turkish flavor. If you add the salt too early in Step 2 it will cause all of the moisture to leak out of the zucchini so add it just before cooking! These fritters are fluffy like okonomiyaki so they're great for weaning kids if you leave out the salt and pepper. Perkedel Jagung (Indonesian Corn Fritters) Perkedel Jagung (Indonesian Corn Fritters)
Indonesians like corn fritters! Every house has a different recipe. We usually eat them with steamed rice or just gobble them as snacks. I sometimes eyeball the ingredients, but I use this recipe as a guide. It takes quite a while to fry because I prefer to use low-medium heat and I fry in batches. Angela Mertoyono -

Adjusted recipe of it to make it vegan. I subbed eggs for flax eggs. Almond flour remained 1/2 cup. This worked for me but some might want to add a bit of nut milk for their liking.
