Thandai Mix / Powder

Heat a pan, dry roast all the ingredients for 1 minute (except sugar)on lowest flame. Take out and let it cool.

Transfer to a grinding jar. Add sugar and dry grind to a fine powder. Thandai powder masala is ready to be consumed.

Store in an airtight container. You may enjoy this powder for one month.

You may consume this powder in many ways. You may add to milk to make thandai milk, or may use in lassi, ice creame, desserts etc.

I've make thandai milk from this thandai masala. Take 2 tbsp thandai powder in a serving glass, pour chilled milk over masala. Mix well. Garnish with rose petals, saffron strands and pistachio flakes. Thandai milk is ready to be consumed.
