Ingredients

  1. Beef oxtail
  2. Onions
  3. Celery
  4. Garlic ginger paste
  5. Salt
  6. cubebeef
  7. Chillies (optional)
  8. Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the jiko and gather the ingredients.

    Fry onion, garlic ginger paste then put salt and beef cube. (use little oil since the meat is already fatty)

  3. 3

    Add oxtail, water and celery stalks. Add chillies at this point (optional)

  4. 4

    Cover and boil for minimum 3 hrs checking occassionally while adding a bit of water.

  5. 5

    Sieve the soup to remove any celery strands.

  6. 6

    Serve hot and enjoy.
