Heat 1 Tbsp cooking oil in a skillet and and and allow to splutter cumin seeds. Add black pepper and broken wheat and roast for 3 minutes on low flame.

Add 2 cups of water and salt. Mix well. Cook for 8 -10 minutes on low medium flame until broken wheat absorb all the water and soft. Remove from heat, allow to cool and add curd. Mix and set aside

Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil, add mustard seeds and allow to crackle. Add urad daal and cook till light golden brown.

Then mix dry red chilli, chopped green chilli, curry leaves and fry till aromatic. Mix the curd broken wheat, grated ginger, mango ginger and mix well.
Garnish with roasted cashews, raisins and chopped green coriander leaves before serving. Njoy. Thanks
