Ingredients

45 minutes
5-6 servings
  • 2 cupsmakhana
  • 1 cupalmond
  • 1 cupcashews
  • 1 cuppumpkin seeds
  • 1 cupmelon seeds
  • 1 cuptil
  • 1 cuppistachio
  • 1 cupakhrot
  • 1.5 cupJaggery
  • 1/2 cuppostu
  • 4 cupgrinded coconut
  • 2 tablespoonghee
  • 1/2 cupflaxseed

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Roast makhana and dryfruits

    Roast seeds til and postu

    Grind all of them

  4. 4

    Take kadai put grinded coconut and ghee roast them add grinded seeds and makhana dryfruits mix well

  5. 5

    Add jaggery(as per taste) and mix well

  6. 6

    Take plate grease it put the batter on it and spread evenly and press with katori back

    Let it cool

    Cut into desired shape
