Beef and Egg Fried Rice

Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until just cooked, then remove and set aside. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed, then sauté the white part of the green onion and ground beef until fragrant. Remove and set aside.

Add a little more oil to the pan if needed. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry briefly. Return the cooked beef and scrambled eggs to the pan and stir-fry together.

Once everything is well mixed, drizzle in soy sauce and add the seasonings to taste. Stir-fry for another minute, then add the sliced green onion tops. Give it a final toss and serve hot.
