Ingredients

Serves 3 servings
  • 1serving cooked white rice
  • 1green onion (sliced)
  • 3eggs (beaten)
  • 3.5 ozground beef (about 100 grams)
  • as neededOlive oil,
  • Seasonings:
  • Low-sodium soy sauce, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 pinchMSG (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until just cooked, then remove and set aside. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed, then sauté the white part of the green onion and ground beef until fragrant. Remove and set aside.

    Add a little more oil to the pan if needed. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry briefly. Return the cooked beef and scrambled eggs to the pan and stir-fry together.

    Once everything is well mixed, drizzle in soy sauce and add the seasonings to taste. Stir-fry for another minute, then add the sliced green onion tops. Give it a final toss and serve hot.
