Since I started making this curry, it has become our family's go-to curry. It's absolutely delicious! You can make it in no time using a pressure cooker.
The origin of this recipe: I used my favorite canned tomatoes to quickly make my favorite chicken curry.

Cooking Instructions

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, coarsely chop the onions, and mince the garlic.

In a pot, heat the vegetable oil over low heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the chicken and sauté.

Once the chicken changes color, add the onions and sauté well until they become tender.

Add the ingredients marked with ★, cover, and simmer over low to medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes. (If using a pressure cooker, cook under pressure for 6 minutes, then let it depressurize naturally.)

Add the curry roux and your choice of secret ingredient over low heat to finish.
