Ingredients

10 servings

1small onion chopped
2gloves of garlic diced
1 tblsolive oil
4 cbroad green beans cut up in bite sized pieces
10 chot water
2bay-leaves
to tastesalt an pepper
4large potatoes cut in bite sized pieces
1smoked farmer sausage cut in 1/4 inches slices

Saute the onions and garlic with a olive oil until golden, stirring occasionally on medium heat in large pot

Stir in the beans

Add hot water and potatoes
4

Add bay-leaves with salt and pepper to taste

Let cook for 40 mins on medium to low heat

Then add in sausage
7

Enjoy!!!!!!!
