2-3 servings

3 1/2 ozcooked pasta
7-8crab sticks
1/2onion (thinly sliced)
2-3lettuce leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
Italian herb mix, to taste
3 tablespoonsor to taste of Italian dressing
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonor to taste of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, for the onion, to taste

Cut the cooked pasta with kitchen scissors, lightly salt the crab sticks, squeeze the onion, and mix with salt, pepper, and dressing.

Add grated Parmesan cheese if you like!

Wash and dry the lettuce, tear it into pieces, coat with olive oil, sprinkle lightly with Italian herb mix, and serve on a plate.

Top with the mixed salad and it's ready!

You can use ham instead of crab sticks if you prefer.
