✿Easy Fluffy Omurice in the Microwave✿
The photo shows a ketchup mishap, but the fluffy eggs turned out perfectly! This recipe is lower in calories, reduces dirty dishes, and is super easy to make.
How this recipe came about:
I wanted to cut down on dishes and keep the calories as low as possible. It was a big success!
Note: I tried to draw a smiley face on top, but it didn’t work out, so I might change the main photo later.

- 1
Line a plate with plastic wrap. (The plate in the photo is deep, but a flat plate works too.)
It doesn’t need to be stretched tight. - 2
Beat the egg and milk together, then pour over the plastic wrap on the plate.
Be careful not to spill it on the way to the microwave!
- 3
Microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
- 4
Place the cooked egg over the chicken rice and shape it using the plastic wrap.
If making more than one serving, peel the egg off the wrap before placing it on the rice.
