Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 1/8pumpkin
  • as needed*all-purpose flour
  • as needed*water (be careful not to add too much)
  • 1 teaspoon*mayonnaise
  • slightly less than 1 teaspoon *vinegar

Steps

    Scoop out the pumpkin seeds with a spoon and cut the pumpkin into appropriate widths. Mix the batter ingredients marked with * thoroughly (be careful not to add too much water; it should be slightly thick).

  2. 2

    Dip the pumpkin slices into the batter and fry in oil. Once both sides are crispy, it's done. Drain the oil well and serve on a plate.

  3. 3

    If you're eating it later, reheat in a toaster to restore the crispiness!
