Ingredients

  • 1plate white rice
  • 2 tbspunsalted butter
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tspfresh lemon juice
  • grated lemon zest
  • salt pepper
  • scallion

Steps

    Minced garlic

  2. 2

    Chop scallion

  3. 3

    Stir fry the butter, garlic, and scallion

  4. 4

    Put in the rice and mix well

  5. 5

    Put in the lemon zest & lemon juice. Mix well.

  6. 6

    Seasoning with salt and pepper.

  7. 7

    Serve.
