Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with potato starch.

Heat about 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the chicken, and cook over medium heat, turning occasionally.

While the chicken is cooking, combine the seasoning ingredients and mix well.

Reduce to low heat, add the seasoning to the pan, and coat the chicken evenly while turning it. Done!
