Perfect for BBQs★Special Marinated Pork Stir-Fry

Just massage the homemade special marinade into the pork and cook it in a skillet! Even inexpensive pork strips turn out tender and delicious. Great for dinner or BBQs.
About this recipe:
This is a revised version of my previous recipe, '★Special Marinated Pork Yakiniku★' (ID:19221539).
Adding cornstarch makes the pork extra tender.
*Note (Nov 2015):
I adjusted the amounts of pork and seasonings to make it a little less sweet.

Steps
- 1
In a bowl, combine the pork strips (cut into bite-sized pieces) with all the marinade ingredients. Massage well by hand and let it sit for a while.
- 2
If you like it spicy, add extra shichimi or ichimi togarashi for more heat.
- 3
Heat a skillet and add vegetable oil. Add the marinated pork and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally with chopsticks or tongs, being careful not to let it burn.
- 4
Serve the cooked pork on a plate with torn red leaf lettuce, chopped mizuna, or shredded cabbage. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
- 5
You can also wrap the pork in red leaf lettuce or Korean perilla leaves (ssam) for a delicious way to eat it.
- 6
You can use other cuts of pork, or even beef or chicken, with this special marinade! It's also great to bring to a BBQ.
