15 ozcan Chickpeas
1 TbspOlive Oil
1/2 tspPaprika
1/4 tspGarlic Powder
1/8 tspCayenne Pepper
to tasteSalt & Pepper
3 Cupscooked Farro/Quinoa
2Roma Tomatoes
Cucumber
Parsley
Tahini Dressing

Heat olive oil. Drain/Rinse chickpeas.

Add chickpeas and spices to oil. Saute for a few minutes

Chop cucumber and tomatoes.

Combine and top with tahini sauce.
