Ingredients

  • 15 ozcan Chickpeas
  • 1 TbspOlive Oil
  • 1/2 tspPaprika
  • 1/4 tspGarlic Powder
  • 1/8 tspCayenne Pepper
  • to tasteSalt & Pepper
  • 3 Cupscooked Farro/Quinoa
  • 2Roma Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Parsley
  • Tahini Dressing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat olive oil. Drain/Rinse chickpeas.

  2. 2

    Add chickpeas and spices to oil. Saute for a few minutes

  3. 3

    Chop cucumber and tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Combine and top with tahini sauce.
