Ingredients

  1. 15 ozcan Chickpeas
  2. 1 TbspOlive Oil
  3. 1/2 tspPaprika
  4. 1/4 tspGarlic Powder
  5. 1/8 tspCayenne Pepper
  6. to tasteSalt & Pepper
  7. 3 Cupscooked Farro/Quinoa
  8. 2Roma Tomatoes
  9. Cucumber
  10. Parsley
  11. Tahini Dressing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat olive oil. Drain/Rinse chickpeas.

  2. 2

    Add chickpeas and spices to oil. Saute for a few minutes

  3. 3

    Chop cucumber and tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Combine and top with tahini sauce.
