Crispy on the outside! Juicy on the inside! It's so delicious, you won't be able to stop. Perfect for lunch boxes too! The origin of this recipe: I wanted to recreate the taste of the delicious fried chicken I had as a child, so I came up with this recipe.

Pierce the skin with a fork to help the flavors soak in.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Put the chicken and ☆ seasonings into a plastic bag and gently massage for about 30 seconds.

Tie the bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a while. (Leaving it overnight allows the flavors to soak in well.)

※ If you're in a hurry, massage well in step 3 and you can fry it immediately.

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

Put the chicken and potato starch into a new plastic bag and shake to coat evenly.

Once coated with potato starch, fry in oil at 356°F (180°C). ※ Only fry up to 4 pieces at a time!

Once in the oil, do not touch. After 1-2 minutes, flip them over. Then fry for another 3-4 minutes, occasionally turning, until done.
