Pierce the skin with a fork to help the flavors soak in.
- 2
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- 3
Put the chicken and ☆ seasonings into a plastic bag and gently massage for about 30 seconds.
- 4
Tie the bag and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a while. (Leaving it overnight allows the flavors to soak in well.)

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- 7
Put the chicken and potato starch into a new plastic bag and shake to coat evenly.
