I learned how to make an easy and delicious dressing from an older classmate. They used white wine vinegar, but I used Mitsukan brand's "Yasashii Osu" vinegar.

You could also mix the honey into the dressing, but I prefer to drizzle it on top. It's up to you. For 1 avocado's worth. Recipe by boofoochee

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1Avocado
  2. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  3. 1 tbspOlive oil
  4. 1 tbspVinegar (or white wine vinegar)
  5. 1 tsp(to taste) Honey

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the avocado into small pieces. Alternatively, you could cut the avocado in half and use a spoon to mash it up inside the the skins!

    Combine the soy sauce, olive oil, and vinegar, and pour it on the avocado. Drizzle honey on top, and eat up!

  3. 3

    Additional tip: Place it on a bed of mesclun greens and lettuce for a fabulous salad.
