Ingredients

Serves 1–2 servings
  1. 12 ozshirataki noodles (about 350g)
  2. 2.8 ozkimchi (about 80g)
  3. 1/2 stalkgreen onion
  4. 2 cupswater (about 480 ml)
  5. 2 teaspoonsChinese soup base (about 10g, such as chicken bouillon or soup stock)
  6. 2 tablespoonssake
  7. 1small amount of garlic paste

Steps

    Slice the green onion thinly on the diagonal.

    Rinse the shirataki noodles briefly, drain, and cut them into easy-to-eat lengths.

    In a small pot, add the water and seasonings, then bring to a boil. Add the prepared ingredients.

    Once it comes to a boil again, reduce to low heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
