5-6shishito peppers (or bell peppers, shishito peppers)
1-2 tablespoonssesame oil
Bonito flakes, to taste
Soy sauce, to taste

Add sesame oil to a heated frying pan and roll the peppers around until they are slightly charred.

Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with bonito flakes, and drizzle with soy sauce to finish.
