All you need are oranges. This is a super easy fruit salad in a Halloween cup, perfect for Halloween! It's fun to make too!

Carving pumpkins can be tough, so I looked for something more accessible to get into the Halloween spirit and ended up with oranges.

I used regular oranges and Minneola. You could probably use grapefruit too.

First, make the orange cups. Cut off the top of the orange. You might want to cut a bit deeper than shown in the picture to make it easier to scoop out.

Make the orange cups. Insert a knife around the flesh and remove as much as possible.

To scoop out cleanly, use a spoon to peel the flesh from the skin easily.

This is what the inside of the scooped-out orange looks like.

Create faces. You can sketch with a ballpoint pen if you like. Make any face you want.

A large knife is too big, so use a small knife. I used a small fruit knife.

Cut the scooped-out orange and other fruits into bite-sized pieces and mix to make a fruit salad.

Fill the cups with the fruit salad, and you're done!
