  • 1 bag(about 7 oz/200 g) bean sprouts
  • 2 packsudon noodles
  • As needed, your favorite sauce (such as okonomiyaki sauce or yakisoba sauce)

    Prepare the udon noodles, beef, bean sprouts, and your favorite sauce.

    Stir-fry the beef.

  3. 3

    Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry.

    Add the udon noodles and stir-fry everything together.

  5. 5

    Season with your favorite sauce and serve.
