Here are the ingredients:

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Peel the mango and dice it. Dice everything else (not too small).

Drain the corn kernels well. Mix together.

Rinse and drain the black beans well. Mix together.

Mix everything thoroughly.
- 6
Cover and refrigerate. Serve cold. Perfect as a side for sweet and sour chicken drumsticks (see recipe).
