Thank you for 100 mentions on January 4, 2017! Let's make yakisoba, a favorite among kids, even more delicious with a little extra effort.
The origin of this recipe: I wanted to add a twist to the usual yakisoba.
Steps
- 1
Chop the vegetables and place them on a plate. Drizzle with cooking sake, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1-2 minutes until lightly cooked (they will be stir-fried later).
- 2
Cut a small opening in the noodle package and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- 3
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the vegetables and meat. Add the noodles, breaking them apart, and mix in the included sauce.
- 4
Season with salt and pepper. If the flavor is lacking, add oyster sauce.
- 5
Use cooking sake for a deeper flavor.
- 6
Runa10 shared a report with a photo of the extra effort. Thanks!!
