Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. Serves 2 Leftover vegetables from the fridge (carrot, cabbage, bean sprouts, mushrooms, etc.)
  2. 1 tablespooncooking sake (or regular cooking wine if unavailable)
  3. 2 packs(serves 2) yakisoba noodles with included sauce
  4. as neededPork or bacon,
  5. Salt and pepper, to taste
  6. as neededVegetable oil,

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the vegetables and place them on a plate. Drizzle with cooking sake, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1-2 minutes until lightly cooked (they will be stir-fried later).

    Cut a small opening in the noodle package and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the vegetables and meat. Add the noodles, breaking them apart, and mix in the included sauce.
