Ingredients

  • 5Roma tomatoes
  • 4chiles de árbol or serrano peppers
  • 1 pieceonion
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1 cubechicken bouillon (such as Knorr) or a small bunch of cilantro
  • Tortilla chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the tomatoes with the chiles.

  2. 2

    Once cooked, blend them in a blender with the onion, garlic, and chicken bouillon cube.

  3. 3

    Bring the mixture to a boil with the cilantro and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.

    Serve the sauce over the tortilla chips on a plate. Enjoy.
