Nagasaki Sara Udon

Once you finish chopping the ingredients, all you have to do is stir-fry. It's a great way to eat lots of vegetables. It comes together in no time.
About this recipe:
I bought a 5-pack (2 servings each) at Costco. I like to add my favorite ingredients and make it my own!
