(*^o^*) Easy for anyone♪ Just boil and mix for a simple chilled pasta
A refreshing recipe recommended for summer

The origin of this recipe

I wanted to create a chilled pasta that doesn't require using heat except for boiling the pasta, perfect for hot summer days. The acidity of the tomatoes and the aroma of sesame oil and garlic are appetizing.

Steps

  1. 1

Add salt to a pot of plenty of water and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 1 minute longer than the package instructions.

  2. 2

Once cooked, transfer to a colander and rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well. *For even better results, chill in ice water and then drain.

  3. 3

In a bowl, mix the ingredients labeled 'A'. Add the pasta and mix well.

  4. 4

Serve on a plate and top with shiso leaves to finish.

  5. 5

☆ The oil in the tuna can is full of flavor, so add it as is, but feel free to adjust to your preference.

  6. 6

I used bonito tuna. For a lighter taste, non-oil tuna made from albacore is also delicious.

  7. 7

I made this with Barilla capellini. Thin noodles are recommended for chilled pasta♡
