Mix all A ingredients together in advance to make the miso sauce. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.

Stir-fry your choice of vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bring water to a boil, add natural salt and baking soda, and cook the pasta (or ramen noodles).

Heat the kombu-shiitake broth, then add the miso sauce and toasted sesame oil to taste while checking the flavor. Add the cooked noodles, and top with green onions.
