Ingredients

Serves 4-6 servings
  • 1.1 lbsbeef brisket (500 grams)
  • 4red tomatoes
  • 1white onion
  • 1yellow chili pepper
  • 2serrano peppers
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2whole garlic cloves
  • 3bay leaves
  • 1avocado

  1. 1

    Cook the beef with the onion, garlic, and bay leaves for about 45 minutes.

  2. 2

    Shred the beef, then cook it with the vegetables.

    Bring to a boil, then it's ready.

    Serve on tostadas and top with avocado. Enjoy!
