Serves 4-6 servings

1.1 lbsbeef brisket (500 grams)
4red tomatoes
1white onion
1yellow chili pepper
2serrano peppers
Salt and pepper, to taste
2whole garlic cloves
3bay leaves
1avocado

Steps

Cook the beef with the onion, garlic, and bay leaves for about 45 minutes.

Shred the beef, then cook it with the vegetables.

Bring to a boil, then it's ready.

Serve on tostadas and top with avocado. Enjoy!
