Ingredients

Makes about 2 servings
  1. 5 1/3 oz (150 g)lean tuna
  2. 1/2onion, finely chopped
  3. 2 tablespoonsYocchan Nanban (Japanese spicy pickled pepper paste)
  4. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  5. 1 tablespooncapers
  6. 1 tablespoonparsley, finely chopped
  7. Black pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop the onion, soak it in water, then drain well. Cut the tuna into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients together and let chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Serve on a plate, sprinkle with parsley, and garnish with lemon wedges (not included in ingredient list).
