At first prepare a thick sugar syrup with 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water adding kesar

Now prepare a batter with flour,cemolina,milk made and milk.add fennel seeds and cardamom crush
- 3
Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter with a round shaped laddle and deep fry the malpua
- 4
Now soak the fried malpua into the sugar syrup till it becomes soft
- 5
Once all the malpuas get soft garnish it with dry fruits and nuts and serve
