Coconut with malai khajur stuff gujiya

Cooking Instructions

Add flour, ghee, salt and mix well.

Make a dough and keep aside.

Cook coconut, khajur, Almond with sugar for 5 minutes.

Now make small size ball of the dough.

Roll it in a thin circle like puri. Take 2 at a time.

Place 1tbsp of coconut mixture in the centre of one puri and cover with the other puri.

Twice the edges in a pattern to seal firmly.

Heat the oil in a Kadai and fry the gujiya on low flame,till golden brown.

Drain out the oil.

Soak immediately in hot syrup.

When the gujiya are coated on all sides with the sugar syrup, gently remove and serve.
