Cooking Instructions

In a frying pan, add vegetable oil and half of the green onions. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes to make aromatic oil.

Once the aromatic oil is ready, add beaten eggs and lightly stir to scramble.

Add all the rice and mix by cutting through it.

Add the ingredients marked with ○ and mix slightly to fry the rice.

Add the green onions and mix.

Place the rice in a bowl, then invert it onto a plate to serve.
