Ingredients

  • 1 can(about 3.5 oz) canned crab
  • 1/2small onion
  • 1 tablespoon☆all-purpose flour
  • 1☆egg
  • 2/3 cup☆breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon☆mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon☆lemon juice (bottled lemon juice)
  • Salt and pepper ☆to taste
  • 1 tablespoonvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain the canned crab.

    Finely chop the onion.

    Sauté the onion until translucent, then let it cool.

    Put all the ☆ ingredients, crab meat, and onion into a bowl.

    Mix everything together...

    Shape into oval patties.

    Pan-fry until golden brown on both sides, and it's done!
