Steps

Soak urad dal in water for 12 hours.

Grind urad dal, ginger and green chillies to make a thick mixture. Add salt to taste.

Make small balls of this mixture and fry.
- 4
Soak them in water for say 15-20 mins.
- 5
In the meanwhile, mix salt, jeera and black pepper powder with dahi.
- 6
Set the vadas on a plate and pour the above prepared dahi mixture over it.
- 7
Add imli chutney, green chutney and chilli powder while serving. (Add salt if required)
