2onions, chopped
2 largetomatoes
1garlic
1red bell pepper, chopped
1 1/4 boxsoy cream
seasoning
1 tsppesto
1 1/4 cupcroutons

Steps

Cook the onions until almost transparent, add sliced tomatoes. Add garlic.

Chop pepper into small pieces. Add cream to the mixture and add the pepper.

Let the mixture rest, lid closed for 2 mins.

Pour into a large bowl, add the pesto and mix a little. Sprinkle on top the croutons.
