Ingredients

8 servings
  1. dressing:
  2. 1/2reduced-fat (2%) Greek yogurt
  3. 1/4 ccreamy Peanut butter
  4. 1/4 crice-wine vinegar
  5. 2 tsphot chili sauce
  6. 2 tspdark sesame oil
  7. 1 tsphoney
  8. to tasteKosher salt
  9. slaw:
  10. 6 cshredded green cabbage
  11. 1 cmatchstick carrots
  12. 1/2 cthinly sliced radishes
  13. 1/2 cfinely chopped scallions (white & green parts)
  14. 1/2 cfresh cilantro leaves
  15. 1/2 cgolden raisins, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.

    Add slaw ingredients to dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate until chilled and toss again before serving.
