Ingredients

  • Chicken cut up
  • 1onion chopped into chunks
  • 1/4 cupsoy saice
  • 1/4chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cupKorean red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cupkochujang
  • 1Tab brown sugar
  • 2 cupswater
  • Place chicken and onion in pot
  • Mix together sauce ingredients and add to chicken
  • Chicken cut up
  • Top with green onions
  • Serve with rice

    Place chicken in pot w onion.

  2. 2

    Mix together sauce ingredients and add to chicken.

  3. 3

    Cook for 20-30 min. Add cut up potatoes and carrots. Cook for another 20 min.

    Top w green onions and serve over rice.
