Grass Jelly with Tapioca Pearls

Mia
Mia @cook_6828173

Chilled treats are always the stars of summer! Put this together with grass jelly, tapioca pearls, and sweet milk for a refreshing mix of textures. Sip it up with a straw for a fun, tasty, and fresh experience! Mia's Kitchen Lab
https://www.facebook.com/MiaKitchenLab

Tips:

Mia uses grass jelly liquid from a traditional shop that specializes in it. If you can't find this, you can buy dried grass jelly leaves from an herbal shop and cook your own, or use store-bought sweetened grass jelly tea.
You can adjust the sweetness to your liking wherever sugar is added—making it yourself means you get it just right!
For the best texture, cook the tapioca pearls (sago) right before eating.
