Sweet and Sour Stir-Fried Chicken Thighs with Bell Peppers

The sweet and sour flavor is just right! It goes perfectly with rice and even better with a cold beer. Even my kids, who usually dislike bell peppers, ask for seconds. The origin of this recipe: I love sweet and sour flavors!

Steps
- 1
Heat a frying pan and add sesame oil. Stir-fry the bell peppers until they start to soften, then set them aside on a plate.
- 2
Lightly coat the chicken thigh pieces with cornstarch. Reheat the frying pan, add sesame oil, and cook the chicken starting with the skin side down.
- 3
Cook until the chicken is nicely browned.
- 4
Add the bell peppers and the sauce ingredients to the chicken and mix well.
- 5
Once the sauce thickens slightly and becomes glossy, serve on a plate. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if desired, and it's ready to enjoy!

Thank you to everyone who has tried this recipe and shared their feedback. I'm so happy! This time, I made it with chicken meatballs and onions.
