  9. 1 teaspoonsugar

    Rinse and soak the dried cabbage until soft.

    Pan-fry the pork ribs until browned, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, add sugar and stir until dissolved, then add soy sauce for color. Drizzle a little rice wine around the edge of the pot, add water to cover the ribs, and steam in an electric cooker (1 cup of water in the outer pot).

    Add the soaked dried cabbage (mix with the ribs), steam again in the electric cooker (1 cup of water in the outer pot), then plate and garnish with green onions and chili peppers (optional) for flavor.
