Here are the ingredients. This time, it's snake gourd. The snake gourd was about 32 inches long.

Peel the snake gourd cleanly and push out the seeds with chopsticks. The area around the seeds is soft, so it becomes hollow easily.

Slice the snake gourd into rings, cut the shiso leaves into thin strips, and slice the red chili pepper into rings and chop finely.

Put the sauce ingredients marked with ☆ into a plastic bag and mix well.

Add the gourd, shiso leaves, and red chili pepper from step 3. Remove the air, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
