  1. 2 1/2 cupsrice
  2. 3cups/tins of coconut milk
  3. red oil
  4. pepper
  5. 3stock cubes
  6. crayfish
  7. onions
  8. kpomo/meat/fish
  9. leavesscent
  10. ginger
  11. garlic
  12. to tastesalt
  13. water

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and parboil rice

  2. 2

    Boil kpomo/fish/meat till tender

  3. 3

    In a heated pot, put red oil, pepper, crayfish, onions, garlic, ginger and stock cubes. stir fry for 5 mins.

    Add coconut milk, salt and kpomo/meat/fish with stock.

    Add rice and cook for 45mins and put sliced scent leaves.
