Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppineapple juice
  2. 2pineapples
  3. 1 poundchicken (breasts)
  4. 1/2 cupcorn starch
  5. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  6. 3minced garlic cloves
  7. 2table spoons fresh ginger
  8. 1/4 cupSriracha sauce
  9. 3eggs
  10. Vegetable oil
  11. Green onion
  12. Seaseme seeds
  13. Salt & pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix pineapple juice, soy, garlic, ginger, and Siricha in a bowl. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces add salt and pepper. Next add and toss in corn starch. Dip each piece of chicken in egg then move to hot oil until brown.

  3. 3

    Cut pineapples in half and cut out middle.

  4. 4

    Put chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish after fried. Add pineapple to chicken. Take the pineapple Sriracha sauce and pour over chicken. Bake 50 minutes.

    Top with green onion and Seaseme seeds.
