Ingredients

  • 1egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cuptaco sauce
  • 1 cupcoarsely crushed corn chips
  • 1/3 cupshredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 2 tablespoonstaco seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 lblean ground beef
  • Your favourite taco sauce or salsa

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.

  2. 2

    Crumble beef over the mixture and mix well.

  3. 3

    Shape into a round loaf, and place in the crockpot

  4. 4

    Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until meat thermometer reads 160°.

  5. 5

    Serve with taco sauce or salsa
