Steps

Mix ginger garlic paste and all masalas together making a paste

Heat oil, add onions, stir until it is golden brown color

Add the paste made in step 1, fry it for sometime

Add chopped tomatoes, mix and cook for 5 mins
- 5
Add chicken, mix until the chicken is coated with masala
- 6
Add nearly 3 cups of water, cover and cook until chicken is done
- 7
Garnish with small fried onions and curry leaves
