Ingredients

15 minutes
4 cups
  • 16 ozpackage Imitation Crab (flake style) shredded
  • 1/3 cupHellmans Olive Oil Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cupshredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cupminced red onion
  • Juice of 1 small orange
  • 1 teaspoonChef Paul Prudhomme's Blackened Redfish Magic
  • 1 teaspoonfresh minced parsley
  • Serve with Ritz Crackers and lemon wedges
