Ingredients

15 minutes

4 cups

16 ozpackage Imitation Crab (flake style) shredded
1/3 cupHellmans Olive Oil Mayonnaise
1/3 cupshredded swiss cheese
1/4 cupminced red onion
Juice of 1 small orange
1 teaspoonChef Paul Prudhomme's Blackened Redfish Magic
1 teaspoonfresh minced parsley
Serve with Ritz Crackers and lemon wedges

Mix ingredients in a large bowl and serve with crackers and fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
